Shipping OptionsDomestic Shipments Tyson Nutraceuticals will ship your order by UPS* wherever possible. The shipping cost will depended on the weight of the contents. For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd day air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. International Shipments International shipments will be charge $10 dollars plus an additional 25% of total order or $9.00 , whichever is greater. US currency only. We do not ship to any embargoed countries. For our Customers in Canada and Mexico Shipments to Canada and Mexico will be charged $10.00 plus an additional 15% of total order or $9.00, whichever is greater. US currency only. *Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please allow 1 week for delivery.

Return PolicyIf you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items and contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages. We will not accept any items back if they have been opened. We will not accept product back if it has been more than 30 days since the customer received their order. We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products. It is the customers responsibility to be available to receive their package, or to leave special instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbors house, or not to deliver if no one is home. If a customer receives their package and the product is the correct product they ordered and is unharmed (not opened) but want to return it for their own reasons, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage. Also, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened returned product (i.e. If product was returned and the product cost was $50, a credit of $45 is the max that will be applied.). Returns on unopened product must be properly insured. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund. Back to Top
